About Me

Currently living in Silicon Valley, by way of Chicago and Hudsonville, MI. Married to Sandra, my sugar mama. We own the world’s greatest dog, Obi-Wan Kenobi Vander Wal. Went to film school at Columbia College Chicago, which gives me the opportunity to say that I went to Columbia, and then add “not the one you’re thinking of” when people look all impressed.

I follow the Bay Area sports teams, but my heart still belongs to the Tigers/Pistons/Red Wings/Lions (damn them). If I’m not working, then I’m probably playing Wii, building a Stikfa, obsessing over the two screenplays I’m working on, contemplating the wonder that is whisky, or doing somthing fun with my wife (which may involve any of the previously listed activities).

Or watching a movie, but I think that goes without saying.
